We are elderly don't know the new technolog.Few months ago I went to this shop and the older lady staff told me my phone is old I need a new phone. Went to other O2 branch and my phone is ok it's just me don't know how and they help me. My husband went recently and he was told his phone is old by the same staff she wasn't helpful cannot be bothered should not be there.

Tried ringing the shop 6 times and never got any answer. I understand they are busy but surely someone should be answering the phone.

Really disappointed with the service my father received recently when purchasing a phone upgrade on Sunday 3rd March. In the Washington galleries store. The colleague who served us assisted with the upgrade on the understanding the new bundle would be free minutes /texts and data to use for face time. For £10 month sim only. The colleague failed to advise that this would not be activated until 19th March. My father has been charged £2 daily due to this error. The colleague failing to turn off mobile data and did not advise to revisit the shop on 19th to reinstate when the new contract starts. The colleague was unable to assist with the removal of the SIM card from the old phone to the new one.
The colleague suggested we left the shop and went for a coffee while the phone updated. I replied we would be staying In The shop until what was started was completed as my dad could not do this and needed assistance. My father has been subject to £2 per day charge until 19th March when new contract starts. None of this was explained to my dad or myself when in the shop. The guy said just revisit if any issues. My father has revisited the store 2 occasions since still not to get a resolution apart from advised from 19th everything would be resolved. He was guaranteed that the £40 credit from his sim would be transferred over to the new phone. This has still not happened. My father is 75 years of age and has difficulty with modern technology. Failure to explain in full what would happen until 19th March has caused great distress. I think a token contribution for the inconvenience would be the least that could be given as a minimum. It is only today when we established the transfer was not due to happen until 19th March on the 02 app. Again something my father was not shown to check. The service and lack of customer care is extremely disappointing.

Staff are a total nightmare seen 4 members of staff including the Manager and everyone of them gave me a different story of why I had been sold 2 SIM cards for one phone. Disgraceful miss-selling. All they did was give me 02 contact details. 1 hour and 15 minutes on the phone to head office put this right. I would not recommend this store.

Totally disappointed and disgusted by O2 in general,but the staff in Galleries shop are a total shame.Have been trying since end of January to sort out my problem,which was caused by them and nothing.As long as they trapp you in the shop to give you a Better Deal and lie to you that is going to work is fine by them.The minute you leave the shop and realise things are not as it should and turn back to have them sorting it out they simply ignore you and tell you to call Costumer Services which,by the way is a disgrace.Have been in the shop today to ask them to sort out my problem caused by Mrs Terri.She is very superficial and only cares about attracting new costumers or making better deals only for Her,not for the costumers.If you thinking joining O2 don't do it.They are worse and worse every day.I've been with O2 for more than 10 years but thinking seriously to leave them.Revise your staff conduit and improve your costumer service.I've been trying all day to ring costumer service,been on the phone first time for 55min and i suppose someone tries to answer my call but instead it hang up and did not bother to ring back.Second time was on the phone for 45 min and same problem.I rang a third time later in the evening and was on the phone for 1hour and 35 min.I just gave up.You should be ashamed.
