my door lock broke on boxing day so I had to wait till they opened today.took the lock etc in and the gentleman fixed it (gearbox) with in about ten minutes.fantastic service excellent place that I would recommend to anybody.

Very fast service, text message response when there was no answer when calling which I thought was a great idea! I rang after 9am and the job was completed by 12.30! I could not be happier with the fast service to my door. I paid by card via app which saved me walking to a cash point. Very friendly staff and I?m very pleased with the service as well as the result! New keys, my car turns on and my central locking works again whoop whoop! (Small things make a big difference) Thank you so much ?

Waited over half an hour to get two blanks cut for my car. I had to send both back on inspection because they had curled metal flakes that needed filing. As you can see from the picture the shapes are totally different.I tried to be reasonable for a resolution where they buy two blanks to replace the incorrect cuts but they would only offer to refund the cutting charge.Best not to get your key cut when someone's baked on the job.

Took my broken 3 point door lock to six different stores at Team Valley and Gateshead and no one had replacement for my lock. One lad at Gateshead recommended NE Lock & Key Co. 5 minutes after I arrived there my broken lock was replaced with new part. Awsome service. Thanks Lock & Key!
