First time I have had to use the branch. The self service machine wouldn't accept my deposit. I then had to wait about 10 minutes for the single cashier to process the cheque as the other was just coming back from making herself and colleagues tea/coffee served one customer then left again. Hopefully this is the only time I have to visit this branch.

Should be open on a Saturday morning at least till 1pm as washenton galleries as my husband working through the week till 6pm 0s Saturday morning would be good for him to get into bank if was open 9 till 12 or 9 till 1pm on a Saturday

Nationwide cash/deposit machines now need updating, they are very slow! The staff at this branch are usually okay, but can sometimes seem abrupt and unhelpful. Overall it is fine!

Terrible customer service. Closed my account will never use again. Made online complaint no response. Call them up and wait half an hour. Worst bank I've ever had the misfortune to use. DO NOT USE!

Disappointed with today's visit at Washington branch .asked for help to send money to Europe ,told me not available on my online banking app and would need to follow instructions on nationwide website as not great on technology told them I had tried as not easy but was not offered further help. Previous visit asked for information on interest on account for tax purposes ,yet again unhelpful. Went round to Lloyds bank sorted overseas payment with a smile and changed current account provider for better service!
