First time I have had to use the branch. The self service machine wouldn't accept my deposit. Should be open on a Saturday morning at least till 1pm as washenton galleries as my husband working through the week till 6pm 0s Saturday morning would be good for him to get into bank if was open 9 till 12 or 9 till 1pm on a Saturday

Nationwide cash/deposit machines now need updating, they are very slow! The staff at this branch are usually okay, but can sometimes seem abrupt and unhelpful. Overall it is fine!
