Manager Ian needs to understand that cameras aren't illigal and the car park isn't yours to patrol. Being a pure man's head isn't illigal but I'm sure you can engage with potential customers a little better than you did. Video will be tagged to company twitter account. Do better!

Parking, something needs to be done about the parking. There are always vans and cars in the disabled bays woth no badges and today there were 2 vans parked across the exit. I barely got my trolley through to get to my car. There are constantly trollys left in the parking spaces and on the paths. They either need a car park attendant or the staff need to go out there more often. My biggest issue is how some customers just seem to think they can park where ever they like with no consideration for others.

I was always a happy customer.I am a regular client in Makro, so far I have not tried to go shopping at the last moment because I know that it can be irritating, but today it happened that I missed one thing and I realized it at the last moment. The closing time is 5pm, I arrived 9 minutes before closing, I needed to enter for literally 2 minutes, unfortunately the door was already closed and the staff, seeing me, only showed me that it was closed. I have wasted my time.

I thought my walking stick was in the car, the reception lady came after me to offer one that had been left and was very pleasant (I returned the stick later) I was at check out and the lady advised me that one of the items I had bought was Buy One Get One Free, she looked after my trolley at etc and advised me to get a second. Service was second to none. Excellent all round. Big thank you from me.

I visited the store on Saturday & bought 2 pizza's which had the date on 29th June. One of them had mold on the cheese. I took it back today (couldn't take it back yesterday as they are shut on a Sunday). Refund given with customer service none existent - not helpful or any apology.

I shop at Bookers Darlington, Makro Teesside (mainly) and Makro Washington and I'm not sure what is in the water here - the staff are rude, abrupt and unapproachable (I refer to the checkout staff) this isn't a one off occasion. Worth noting - smiley helpful member of staff today and it turns out she is covering from Teesside branch....go figure

Because having got a ID could not get day pass today which I have been getting last 38 years since when we have to carry ID like third world countries not even a one star you guys dnt make any money still send people back 20-30 years ago we use queue to get in the place restourant upstairs and the rest now days hardly nobody at the car park You sold the overflow car park some successful business bought may as-well sell the rest let some body better use of it
