There's no dedicated business sector in the bank for business customers, which is quite disappointing. I was asked to wait but ended up being forgotten about. They really need to improve their business and customer management structure; it's very poor.

Phoned 7 times to make appointment ..no answer..ended up travelling to store via mobility scooter was told at door we cant open savings account for you do it yourself online...no help whatsoever even after telling them i will take my considerable investment elsewhere..no help offered just a shrug of the shoulders

Worst Lloyds Bank branch I have ever come across. Some of the staff have a really bad attitude problem with extremely bad manners and atrocious customer service skills. Go to the Gateshead Trinity Square branch, they are much better and know what customer service actually is!
