Great lady's only gym. I feel very comfortable going and never feel judged, like iv sometimes felt elsewhere. Very friendly staff always make me feel welcome

Lady B Fitness is a lady only gym in Concord, Washington. Not only is it a great place to have a work out, but a great place to meet new friends. Lisa, Vicky & Jamie are lovely, friendly and very helpful.

I joined Lady B's in Summer as a way to get fit & to destress. I was anxious at first as I didn't know anyone & I'm only 15! However, that anxiety was quickly shifted when I met Lisa & the team. I was immediately made to feel extremely welcome & settled in straight away. I love the personalised plan as it takes everything about you into account and ensures that you get the most out of your membership. I've never felt more comfortable exercising!!????

Thoroughly enjoyed boxercise with Claire Reeder our teacher..great music and moves..A nice welcome when you walked in and club very aware of social distancing so felt very safe when working out
