Over 2hrs stuck on preparing. Time changed 3 times.
Then when you want to cancel it says that wel be charged full *if they've started making it* and won't receive refund. Phone has been on constant busy then turned off then back on to busy.
I would not suggest ordering around this time of year especially when you're paying £30 or more.

Still waiting for drive through order 30mins later! Feel sorry for the staff trying to cope with drive through, Uber eats & over the counter orders!! Absolutely ridiculous supposed to be fast food! Over 30 mins wait now!!

Best KFC I've had in the UK!!! Chicken was perfectly cooked... chips looked like Instagram photo... salad was extremely fresh!!!
Literally best kfc ever...
(ps I don't work here but had alot of kfc's and had some not so great ones)

Ample parking and easily accessible. Clean & tidy restaurant with plenty of seating space. We ordered for take out, and it was put up really quickly. Full order was spot on, and still hot when we got home with it! First visit here, and was surprised at how tasty the fries were compared to other KFCs. Would definitely visit here again.

We ordered through a delivery service today who messed up and gave our order to someone else. We complained about it to them but their response of asking for a picture of our missing food says it all?My wife went into KFC and spoke with Lewis and his team who quickly rectified the issue despite it not being them that caused it. Really appreciate their quick and positive response. Thank you!
