Over 2hrs stuck on preparing. Time changed 3 times. Then when you want to cancel it says that wel be charged full *if they've started making it* and won't receive refund. Still waiting for drive through order 30mins later! Feel sorry for the staff trying to cope with drive through, Uber eats & over the counter orders!! Absolutely ridiculous supposed to be fast food! Over 30 mins wait now!!
