We had a wonderful experience! My partner and I got engaged and the ring was a little big. We came in to get it resized and with a little help and a wave of a wand from 'Vickie', we got a phone call early the next morning saying the new ring was already in store <3 easy and faultless! We'll be back for our wedding rings...
