The lasses who work here are lovely, but there is 0 organisation or management of workload you can be stood with 6 people in a Q and one lass working while 3 do just eat orders 1 makes sandwiches and them one poor lass dealing with the masses.
Q was 3 out the door this morning a bout 12 people in total and 2 lasses on the front asking the 3 in the back to come help and there saying they are sorting just eat out.
Why do people.in the shop trying to get a cuppa and a butty on the way to work tale second place to people at home, if the shop can't manage sales in shop and on just eat they need to choose one or the other wait times are horrific

Always loved greggs. Specially the sausage rolls but quality has gone downhill for a while now , prices have shot up and the pastry isn't as good as it used to be , mince pies not as good as they used to and with being in the north I don't get why pasties get called bakes! Howay greggs sort that out, the staff could be happier too and smile for once , yer know service with the smile will keep the customers coming in , haven't been in this 1 for months!

Just ordered click and collect from this store, honestly the worse baguette I have ever had from any Greggs, baguette was hardly cooked, sausages were burnt, bacon was burnt omelette was extremely watery sauce all over the packet, will not be coming back to this store not happy
