I went into store during December. I was told lies, misinformation and mis sold a contact... I spoke to EE customer care and the store directly and was made to feel like a liar. I'd avoid.

I was served by Ian with my mam, absolutely disgusting way of speaking to people. He had claimed one thing a week before and because he had gotten the information wrong he denied it all - absolutely disgusting customer service and horrible attitude!! If it was an honest mistake, apologise, his response instead was ?I don?t make mistakes, you?re lying?

I came into your store yesterday afternoon for a replacement sim after having a terrible day and ordeal. I was dealt with by ellis-paige who was amazing with the help she gave. I was welcomed from the moment I walked in and the compassion, empathy and help I received was second too none. When you read this could you please pass on my gratitude, she is a credit to EE ?
