Having searched online for a local specialist in drum equipment I can see why these folks come up at the top of the ratings!I enquired as a complete beginner, to the point of the only drum sticks I have had was the sweet version! I dealt with Adam via an initial Facebook enquiry into the best electronic drum kit for a newbie.Following our messages I attended the shop in Washington and was warmly greeted by the team and shown around the store (I must say it is well presented and clean with everything you need)Adam had put together the kit I was enquiring about and offered me a play to get a feel for it and if it what I was looking for, this and other accessories that he reccomended.Safe to say I purchased all the items and the advice was second to none, very relaxed environment and will 100% be returning.

Brilliant place!!! Amazing customer service, Darren helped me pick a good kit for my situation and was extremely helpful with sorting out all the pieces I'd need and was great to chat with. Highly recommend going here for any drum needs!!

So glad we found this drum retailer. Customer service is above and beyond, extensive knowledge of drums and extra equipment you may need for a good setup. Darren was so helpful allowing my son to try out equipment he was interested in. Nothing against the shop, seemed nice enough.I dealt with a guy called Darren, who is by all accounts, an idiot.I offered to sell the shop someOf my old drums for cheap. He made an offer I was happy with, we shook on it and I walked away thinking all was done.He then contacted the next day saying he didn?t inspect the drums properly and had to change/lower the offer.So I declined and found an alternative buyer that was happy with the kit.He then changed his mind again the next day, and said he was happy with the initial deal, after I had found another buyer. What a palava.Anyway, I let the other guy have it, as Darren was being very very stupid.So yeah nothing against the shop, but Darren is an idiot.

Great customer service from Darren. I phoned at 10 am in search of a cymbal for my son?s birthday the following day. I was given advice on an appropriate cymbal to purchase, a quicker check revealed that one was in stock and a few minutes later the transaction was completed. I was able to collect the cymbal and a stand later the same day. The store is an Aladdin?s cave of things drum related. It?ll be worth another visit to show my son, who was delighted with his ride cymbal. Delighted to have discovered this excellent shop.

Had my Autistic son Dixon in today for a pair of drum sticks and a double bass pedal. Fantastic lad helped us out very friendly and easy going. Let my son try different things around this brilliant set out shop. Will definitely be back as he didn't want to leave.Thanks again guys.
