Received a call to tell me the delivery driver was outside - driver no where to be seen. We scouted the entire street and found no one.
Called the store and spoke to the ?manager? who was extremely rude, didn?t apologise once and wasn?t bothered, asked me what I wanted him to do and I said I wanted to him call the driver to see where they were. As a manager myself I find it disrespectful how I was spoken to and when a customer is complaining of bad service an apology goes a long way. I will not use dominions Washington again. Seemed pointless writing a complaint to domino?s also as they were also no use. Will never use again. When you spend just shy of £60 for a family treat, I expect much better.

The pizza was that greasy that all the toppings and cheese just fell off every single slice, was barely cooked too, paying nearly £20 just for a small pizza and some wedges and 2 cookies is the reflection on what dominos is now, the price even on a deal does not match the quality of the pizzas themselves anymore. I?d rather go to a cheap takeaway then come here now.

Order from here quite regularly. Ordered 3 pizzas last night, one a vegetarian for my vegetarian daughter.....she found meat on it! Contacted the head office about it who basically don't appear to care. So don't expect your vegetarian pizza to be vegetarian!Fortunately, I had taken a photo of the pizza as it was being shared between two, one who liked and one who didn't like peppers so we had ordered half and half (both halves veggie, just one without peppers). See if you can spot which is which......After finding the meat, we went back to this photo and can see it. Looks like they don't separate their cutting wheels between veggie and meat as the meat is right in a cut.Won't be ordering from here again. They have lost a customer forever.

Drivers are great service is for drivers but they get treated like pure slaves don't get breaks so cant eat in their shifts can be up to 14hour shifts aswell. expect drivers to scivy management around absolutely shocking and all driver gets is £1.05p to deliver they pocket the rest with just eat and deliveroo pure scammers don't even take any care in their drivers cars if car isn't working and going to take to log to repair your fired and put under sever preasure #headquarters need to start showing drivers respect

I ordered many times pizza from here and every time me,my husband and my daughter were sick all night.We tried to give it a chance but same every time.No more from now one.We had pizza from Domino Sunderland and everything was fine.Something wrong with this place.

We weren't informed on phone it was card only which could have delayed the processes even more. Food was not the quality you usually expect for the price, I've had better frozen own brand pizzas. Domino-no-no! Not what it used to be!
