Went with my Daughter and S/I/L they had food all 3 of us had coffee, you choose from an electric menu and wait for it to be prepared, self collection from counter, quite busy manly under 30s

Cappuccino Luke warm and tables not cleared despite being empty. Yes it was busy but empty cups and plates on my table from previous customers and still there when I left 40 minutes later.
Maybe understaffed and underpaid like many places these days!

Wasn't particularly busy, but the order was rushed, 2 ladies more engrossed in conversation with each other.
Items missing from order (was a hot chocolate)
A side order of a croissant asked for it to be warmed didn't happen.
I will not be going back.
