Yeah I?d get your carpets from somewhere else, my carpet isn?t even full installed like I can literally pull it up at one part with my hand it isn?t even stuck down and also the carpets has bits of plastic intertwined in it like tiny little black plastic balls are sort of melted into it and stuff and I can?t even be bothered to contact the customer services based on what people have been saying about the support they provide in these reviews. Not to mention massively over priced.

Just popped in for some of cut for stair dyi, sarah was very welcoming, friendly and happy to help. Asked to roll the off cut the other way in order to fit in the car and the team had no issue with it, and no hassle at all. The off cut was only 50 pounds for 2.1 x4 so real bargain ! Lots of car spaces too and really good range of carpets, laminate and other type of flooring.

After they went in to administration they took my money, and they promised me I could have the bed on display, but by the time I got there they sold the bed , also my money has gone. When I got there they knew they are guilty they didn?t even bother to come to see me, and they were blaming each other. I would not recommend this place and the staffs not very helpful
