The store manager hasn't got a clue. States made up polices, doesn't understand what the Consumer Rights Act 2015 is, and decides that she prefers to shout and hurdle abuse.
She talks to her staff horrendous, and forced an elderly team member to climb the ladders while she drinks her coffee.
Do better Argos, and hire decent staff. I'd strongly recommend not shopping in this store.

Got told I needed my Argos card to collect my order, which I didn?t have but I did have ID and a photo of the card. Argos card sent to old address which I don?t have access to at present? now won?t answer the phone to help get this sorted. Can I come with ID to pick up my order??

Went to Argos today with a card I was told could be used there.Small blonde woman behind the counter just looked at it and said "no" and walked away.Rude and unhelpful!

Excellent, friendly, efficient customer service from all staff. I returned a faulty item on a busy Christmas shopping day and was dealt with quickly. Staff worked hard, directing and advising people to ensure queuing times were kept to a minimum. Well done to all! *****?

Absolutely disgusted ordered an sds drill showing collect today... paid for it then gets an email saying your order will be ready to collect tomorrow???? I am currently on a job which has to be completed today and when I asked for a refund they said it will take up to 5 days to get back my money back to me ????? last time I shop here

Paying at the self serve, the argos card wouldn't swipe. The lady at checkout did help with the payment, however we had to wait a long while. People who had came after us had already collected their items we had to wait. Eventually we got our order due to additional security issues we were told airpods are kept elsewhere. Poor service.
