Came in at 12 for lunch with my family (4 of us) food took around 20 minutes to get to us from ordering, Mac and cheese was dry, husband asked for medium rare steak but it came very well done. Service was horrendous, the man serving our food might as well have thrown the plates on the table.

Not disabled friendly. I was told I had to move my wheeled Walker to otherside of room..I said I couldn't walk without it. Was asked did it fold up which it does but it won't stand up folded. Absolutely no idea of how it is being disabled. Shame ad the food was good as were the prices.

Nice food, good menu choices and friendly staff. A bit dingy in the conservatory area but overall a good place to eat out.

It is a franchise and the menu is the same at related pubs. On the plus the food is consistent and the quality was good. The staff also really friendly and the food despite saying 20 minutes wait on the app arrived in 5 minutes after ordering. Only moan was my food burger and all was covered in Chinese five spice. I can still taste it... Maybe just the burger and leave the chips plain to pull the strength of the flavor down a notch. I would go back.

Went for drinks before a night out went with 18 year olds all with ID 1 had a 18 birthday sash on. One member of staff was very rude talking about our group to another member of staff which was overheard

Service was a tad slow. Only one person behind the bar is taking drinks and food orders. People queuing :( during a busy period. Poor staff management.

The chilli, spring onion, coriander and herb salad on the menu had none of these ingredients in, it was literally just 1 type of leafy salad that was on the turn. Manager wasn't interested at all and done the old "it is what it is"

After walking into this bar on a freezing cold night with my wife and daughter and her boyfriend. I ordered drinks and paid for them to confronted by one of your female employe asking for ID of my daughter boyfriend which he provided. Then she asked my daughter for ID to which I explained the Coke was for ! It was only 19:50pm and I explained again that I?m 53 years old and I know the law. She needs re training and taught respect the customer. Terrible customer service. Stop employing woke snowflakes

I was enjoying my night with my family food was amazing and the service I had was going good until me and my sister went over to buy a non alcoholic drink. We were instantly asked if we were 18 and I had explained how we did not want alcohol and I was cut off towards the end of my sentence and the woman then spoke again quite loudly for infront of many people saying how we just can?t be served at the bar which we weren?t aware of, I understand how you can have rule but I thought it would be alright since we were not even ordering alcoholic drinks? and it wouldn?t of been an issue if we were spoken to nicely about it. It was interesting as another member of staff came over to our table and apologised and explained how and why we couldn?t be there?. For the rest of the night the lady would walk past and clearly stare at my table making me and my sister feel intimidated as she kept repeatedly walking past and staring at us. To ADD to that we were approached by a clearly drunk man and he came up and started talking to us but then started touching my grandmas hair and shoulders with no acknowlagment or consent and the same woman with the brown top walked by watching him do all of it? and didn?t stop him or redirect him to his seat now imagine if anything else happened, not very well for safeguarding. As we were going to leave she seemed to be walking over to our table to clean it as i saw her cleaning other tables looked away did a complete 180 and cleared another table she saw in the corner of her eye, avoiding our table maybe? Im not one to judge. To add to that as we went to leave my mam was going to have a small word she was no where to be seen. Other than that everyone else was lovely and making sure we were enjoying our night. To end this upon reading other reviews it seems that the bar has some serious issues with attitude, ID and searving drinks in general. Its such a shame how one member of staff can ruin a reputation and view on the establishment.
