I was refused entry 28/10/23 at 17.15pm by the Gentleman Owner..I asked him what is the problem. He replied in a harsh and rude manner saying that we are closed..This is no way to treat customers.They need to be more transparent and not make up false closing times on there website. The Facebook website states the closing time is 18.00pm on a Saturday. They have No Morals, Principles, Or Proper Work Ethics..I have just seen in the past week they updated there Saturday closing time to 17.00pm..To late in my case..They need to be honest and sincere..They are not a professional business at all regarding there attitude and untruths to there customers.Received NO apology at all from the Owner.I DO NOT RECOMMEND the Blue Spa and will never use again..

Nails weren?t shaped right. Acrylic is not smooth. Atmosphere not good, the art of passive aggressiveness mastered through touching someone?s hands is an art though, would not recommendService: Nail extensions

Depending on who does your nails they can be lovely or absolutely horrible. Have just left feeling really disappointed. Acrylic overlay way too thick. French tips messy and not painted at the ends. I have been here many times over the years but have had 3 bad experiences including wonky nails (to be told that is the way my nail grew in but it wasn't like that when I came in ?) and gel chipping or peeling. They fix it if you go back but I don't want to keep wasting my time going back and forwards. Will have to find somewhere new ????Service: Acrylic nails

Absolutely rubbish my nails were wonky I asked for square they were like flares I ended up walking out not happy at all they tried to file them but still wonky like why do you have to tell someone how to do their job , stick to your usual salon I only went here because my usual was packed will never return here or recommend to anyone

This is the "go to" spot for great service, amazing ambience, and wonderful technicians. My daughter and I have visited The Blue Spa several times now and each visit had been great. Reasonably priced and quick service. Highly recommend!!!

I was there today the lady doing my nails was very rough and rude she kept pulling my fingers and when she was doing the thing with drill she was very rough felt like she was drilling my skin but paid £38 for a set of acrylics for a under 16 thought it was pretty expensive not happy at all needs a lot of improvement?Service: Pedicure

Sorry I don?t rate this place at all for a simple gel polish manicure and pedicure.Staff member was disinterested and lethargic, nails were minimally filed and ultimately crooked on completion, the polish is uneven and chipped a day later and there was no attention to the cuticles.For £38 I was disappointed but lesson learned, you get what you pay for. I won?t be returning.

Had my nails done ,today . The young girl doing my nails was not wearing a mask .she kept coughing over me , with covid she should have has a mask on. The nail polish is also lifting off, less than 24 hours.This has happened before, so I'd stop going. Thought i try them again, but with the coughing and now the polish coming off. Will not go again.I just seen you review back.This morning there was 4 staff in 3 ladies and one man. The young girl with the black & white top on ,WAS Not WEARING A MASK.Please don't call make out i lied ?The other 2 ladies was wearing a mask. The man was not wearing one, he was fixing , the ceiling and the 1st nail table.Also on my nails i been having my nails done for over 25 yrs. I know ,how to take care off them.
