Thanks to the self service my meal was completely wrong. Machine decided to add salami. I don't like salami. Poached egg white was patially cooked and after 2 bite it went in the bin.
Vegetarian options: I wanted egg and cheese vegetarian. And end up with salami. Not good.

Went in on Thursday 6th March for a small sandwich got talking to hama he persuaded me to go for a foot long instead and to try cookies glad he did as I had half for lunch half for tea really nice and the cookie was lush hama was really nice and friendly nice guy I will be returning thanks

New ordering system is rubbish. Waited ages for my sandwich and when I got it, it was poorly made up and the bread was stale like it was yesterday?s or older. Won?t be back

Aircon dripping on the way in.
Place is tiny and gets crowded easily.
Only 2 kiosks were working.
Cross contamination as found chicken pieces in hash browns.
Wait times were horrendous.
Food was okay.
Staff was okay.

Staff member too busy on her mobile to serve myself and another lady. I had to ask if anyone was serving. Sunday 16th Feb at 2pm. No name badge on young lady but she was all fingers and thumbs and no manners. When she was putting my order in the till she had to ask me what was in the sandwich. It took an eternity. I paid via contact less then she asked me to pay again as she had forgot the hashbrowns. I can appreciate it all if she was new, nervous etc but you need no training to use good manners. Just rude!!

place has gone downhill, staff always seem overwhelmed and i'm not surprised!! manager hama hurling abuse at staff, understaffed, constantly new hires. constant cross contamination too. dreadful place.

i ordered two subs, one with bbq sauce and one with chipotle sauce. they put the wrong sauce on both subs and sent 1 free cookie that said ?sorry wrong sauce? on the bag. so rather than making a new sub they just sent them knowing the order was wrong. i?ve contacted uber eats for a refund but this is ridiculous, why would you knowingly send an incorrect order to a customer?

The service today may have been off, there were four staff behind the counter who all appeared overwhelmed for the few orders there were.My real issue is the hygiene. I'm assuming the staff wash their hands regularly, although in my ten minute wait I did not witness this. What I did witness was staff using the till with gloves on, accepting payments and then going back to making sandwiches and repeatedly doing so, all without changing gloves or washing hands.I equally realise how particularly this sounds, but the food served isn't always being cooked and it is being touched at each stage of preparation.Dietary restrictions: My comment regarding the incorrect use and disposal of gloves.
