Not impressed with the optician. He was very unprofessional. During my eye test he was fiddling with his smart watch and was yawning several times .
Seemed he was not really concentrating on the job.
His manner seemed very abrupt to me
At the end of the test I asked if there were any problems behind my eye, he checked his computer and seemed surprised that I had had the OCT scan done . ??? Surely he should have known this prior to my eye test.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Choosing frames getting anti glare lenses was so easy. Only a week to wait for them. Then the fitting was excellent, they really took their time to make sure everything was ok and that I was satisfied.

Very poor service, the staff were miserable, the optician yawned and drank water throughout the test and seemed to get annoyed as I could not understand her very unprofessional.
Will not be going back to the Wallsend branch.
