*** update on below- we have now been told that we need to wait 12 weeks for the legs to our sofa to arrive. So all in all sofology are asking us to wait five months for a sofa we paid for. Absolutely disgusting service. Absolutely would not recommend sofology EVER!*** The actual sofas would have received 5 stars but the service has been atrocious for the price you are paying. Our sofas arrived nearly 5 weeks ago with no legs. The delivery guy took photos and promised someone would be out within 24hours to get them to us and fitted. The next 4-5 weeks have been phone calls from sofology saying we need to "search" for the legs inside the sofa despite the fact the delivery guys couldn't find them. Then we had calls asking for pictures, then we had calls asking for the batch number, then we had calls asking for a PHOTO of the batch number, then we got silence. I have since complained and we have been told they are "in the post". Considering you are paying thousands through sofology, the customer service has been truly shocking. Wouldn't go through them again.

Received my Sofa and it is faulty emailed customer services about the fault and still waiting to hear back from them.Also I bought the cover for the Sofa which was £300, I was told by the sales assistant that it covered everything and when I received the details for it, it doesn?t cover wear and tear so not really sure what it covers, so will probably have to go to the store and find out.Unfortunately I don?t think I will be buying anything else from Sofology.

EVEN AFTER FORMAL COMPLAINT - HEAD OFFICE DO NOT CARE.
Sofology is an absolutely terrible company. Please do not shop here. They ordered me the wrong sofa, it?s my fault apparently. Also after 3 months of waiting they didn?t know if my bed that I ordered from them was going to be cancelled or delivered. After a ridiculous amount of phone calls with customer services, they have cancelled the bed that I bought to match my sofa. Absolutely disgusted with how they have treated me. If you shop here you are letting yourself in for absolute hell. You will get told to ring someone else, then someone else and they still won?t have any answers. Don?t even know how Sofology is still operating and will be very surprised if it?s still in business in a few years time judging by the reviews that others have left also. According to head office, it?s also acceptable for staff to make comments relating to age income. I cannot explain just how poor this company are to deal with.

Absolutely shocking standard of workmanship. Thought we were buying abs paid for quality. Waited 10 weeks and sofa turned up was dreadful. Two seater frame bent so wouldn?t sit level. Stitching was so bad I could have done better! Over 15 marks in the leather. Cushions different on each side of the sofa! Never buy from here they are rubbish.

I ordered my settee in July and when it came in October it wasn?t what I had ordered. Couldn?t get through on the phone so ended up having to drive all the way to the store to speak to someone. The girl in the store sorted it out I then had a phone call off customer services telling me I now had to wait another 16 weeks for it to be amended. It finally came yesterday and again part of it wasn?t right so I tried ringing, again couldn?t get through on the phone so emailed them. No response from the store so emailed customer services who asked me to send photos which I did. Heard nothing back from them at all. Looks like another trip to the store wasting my time and petrol get again. Settee is lovely but don?t think I would buy from there again due to all the carry on. Considering how much I paid for the settee I expected better service.

This companies after care service is absolutely shocking AND they have just refused to accept a formal complaint today (30 December 2021), stating that a full refund was an acceptable outcome to any complaint. Do not use this company!!!!!

Our new sofa was delivered today (Sunday)the delivery team were excellent Andy was especially professional we had held off writing our review due to the large amount of horror stories about wait time etc we can only go by our experience from start to finish it?s taken 5 months which was expected the website has kept us informed though out we would recommend

Shambolic customer experience. Sofas and tables ordered since February have not been delivered. Their online portal currently doesn't work so I'm unable to ascertain status of my orders. I've visited their physical stores 4 times no to see if they can help, but they too have been of no assistance.

What a lovely shop: warm, spacious and bright. Sofas are stylish, modern and very well made. Admittedly I only went in to browse but the staff there are very proffessional and courteous. Didn't feel hassled at all, quite the opposite. I spotted two sofas that I loved so will definitely be back when I'm ready to buy.

Terrible customer service. Explained to the lady when purchasing that we were moving in to a new build property and the date we could take delivery may be moved outside of our control. The sales person explained that this would not be a problem as the date associated to the signed documents was merely an earliest acceptance date. After a period of time, we then received an extremely rude phone call stating we must take delivery on that (earliest acceptance date)stated date as the warehouse were unable to store the item any longer, when we explained what we had been told at the point of sale we were accused of lying and that the sales person would not have said the above. Fortunately we maintained what we had been told and asked to be put through to the warehouse themselves. The warehouse were able to facilitate what we had requested within five minutes of calling! Do not trust this companies sales staff.
