Its a great shop to have so close by, but some of the staff in their are miserable and look like they couldn't be bothered being there. Also as other people have mentioned, can someone in charge at poundland tell the staff to stop having full blown conversations on their headsets with other staff right in front of customers and not utter at word to the customers while doing so, so rude.

Normally staff are ok in here but Saturday served by an older woman and she spent my transaction talking through her head phone to another member of staff about a colleague and truly slating her, never looked at me or said thankyou, same to the customer infront. Totally unprofessional.

Good products bad customer service of one called Ness asked for bag flat out said na then said got none had bad attitude then when I was oicking up my items she pushed them forward making me nearly drop what I had, also no thank you or smile

Prices seem to jump up every day, hard pressed to find anything for a pound anymore. The staff are lovely but can usually get most things a bit cheaper next door in home bargains.

Isle to narrow , needs to change the name as it's not a poundland. It should be called spare cash.
