I have experienced a few disappointing results with estate agents in the past and, as a result, was feeing apprehensive/cautious when I appointed Pattinsons. Have to say they have restored my faith completely. I dealt with Alia who was efficient, professional, honest and give excellent advice/service all of the way through. Her communication was excellent and she explained everything in detail. She made the whole experience so easy, managed to secure a sale in a matter of 3 weeks at a price above expectation. I really can?t fault Pattinsons and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property in this area.

I am an experienced property investor, I understand the conditions for buying at auction. I was lied to by the branch manager of the Wallsend branch while buying under auction conditions. On confronting her on her lie she replied with the perfect estate agent response, indicating to me that she has done this before. Deceitful, slimy behaviour.

We haven't bought and sold a property for years so were in need of help and support in selling my mam's bungalow. Alia Saidan Manager at Wallsend branch gave us a clear understanding of oppositions available to us. Any question we had however miner was no trouble to Alia, Alia was always at the end of the phone for anything we needed explained. We decide to take the property to Auction and so pleased we did this option was less stressful at an already difficult time. The whole process was explained, easy to follow and ran very smoothly, very professional service received. If buying or selling a property in the future we would defiantly use Pattinsons again. Very efficient and client friendly experience. Initial enquiries and placing the property on the market were auctioned smoothly. Advice on pricing was realistic, and a sale achieved a little below asking price at my instigation. Progressing the sale was handled by a different branch dedicated to this potentially complex procedure. Completion expected Imminently. All emails answered quickly. A very good experience
