9/1/24 Ordered coats from in store shop did al transactions paid. Now 15/1/24 had 2 return to store lady dealing with complaints never come to tills when had to return for refund as young lady messed up order. Not even a sorry from staff or managers or the the discount I was offered. Think you need to retain staff on customer service.

Staff some of the most unhelpful people I've come across, queue was nearly out the door, went to ask staff member for price ofbitem as no price tag, you'd thought I'd asked her for a kidney

Needs more variation in sizes. Limited larger range of clothes. I like that everything is now downstairs but it just puts me off never being able to find any sizes over a 12.
