The food was fine, standard Nando's. The service was also fine, but again, standard Nando's. However, it lost a star in the atmosphere because it was absolutely freezing inside.

Took our two children to Nando?s Silverlink. The food was amazing. And would like to thank our server Glen who was incredibly warm and welcoming, nothing was too much to ask, he was accommodating and extremely kind. A credit to the restaurant. Will be visiting again. Thank you
Kid-friendliness: Sever Glen provided our children colouring menus with crayons which kept them entertained. Also provided high chair for the baby. Kids loved the food and lovely atmosphere.

Quick served standard Nandos choices. The staff are efficient and welcoming. It's a big place and we have never had a problem finding a table but it is popular with a younger crowd so always has a decent buzz.
Wheelchair accessibility: All on one floor. Plenty of space so no obvious barriers to access by wheelchair users.

Sunday afternoon. Restaurant was fairly empty. Food left on the adjacent table for our entire visit. Not cleated away. Lots of staff, standing about, talking to each other.
Poor service from staff. Asked if the WiFi (free) was working. Answer was ? it just doesn?t work? . No order from table as a result.
Generally, looked untidy. Felt poorly managed. No one really bothered. Poor from Nando?s. Not what you?d expect

Food is always lovely here but the floors are always disgusting every time i go in staff just sweep whatever was on the table onto the floor creating tons of mess! Needs to be cleaned more frequently not nice to eat your food in a dirty environment.

Can honestly say, I have never been served and had my food so fast at any Nandos ever, and that?s saying something. I?ve eaten at a lot of Nandos all over the country for over 30 years. Definitely the fastest. I even checked my receipt. Ordered at 6.13pm, we were leaving the restaurant at 6.31pm. And on a Saturday night. Well done.
