Waited 30 mins for four meals. Sat in a taxi in the car park. Loads of staff but but doing anything. The slowest fast food I?ve ever had. And the food was cold. Worst McDonald?s I?ve ever had.

i placed an order on just eat at 11:30pm, it was confirmed a few minutes later and it said preparing your order, at midnight it said it was out for delivery then at twenty past it said the restaurant cancelled the order? how could it have been ?out for delivery? if the restaurant cancelled it when it was supposedly on its say. lazy staff are the downfall of mcdonald?s

Not extremely busy at breakfast serving but EVERYONES waiting. Only orders mcmuffin meal and bacon roll. 15min+ . Says to collect no food to collect!! No apology or smile :(

Only person I store and still exceptionally slow service... judging by how cold my sausage mcmuffin was I can only assume they cooked it and waited for it to cool down before serving.

We ordered on the app. Had to wait a couple of minutes at the entrance whilst cars went through the other one before someone finally turned up to take our order. When the food finally arrived, the fries were stone cold, but we'd already pulled away and didn't have the time to go back to have them replaced. Sloppy service from start to finish.

Maybe I'm being oversensitive but I like my breakfast complete not in dribs and drabs. I was handed my coffee from the drive thru and asked to park up as the porridge would be 5mins. I asked if there was any point taking the coffee as it was going to be drunk before eating my porridge. After 30 seconds or so the man serving said it would be literally 5mins wait. I park up and 7mins later I get my food. Aita??

Ordered two things, a Diet Coke and a banana milkshake? the coke may as well have been charged for the next size down as it was barely filled and the milkshake was brown. Then I go back to get it corrected and the window worker is stood there with a cardboard box on her head and then throws it across the kitchen?
