Absolutely disgusting! I am a 21 year old girl who took her car on her own in for its MOT and got stereotyped to be scammed. My car failed it?s MOT due to 1 suspension issue and 2 advisory?s they told me it would cost £700/£800 and my car has been deemed as not road safe and I have to leave it in their garage for over a week before anyone can come look at it properly. Then the told me to get it retested I would have to pay half of a normal MOT amount if I get it retested within 10 days. If I don?t it will get marked down on my car record and I will have to pay the full amount. (There is no such thing as a car record)
Iv now taken it to a different garage where they have told me I haven?t failed and the 3 things are now just 2 advisory?s and my car is safe to drive.they told me it would cost at most £300 to get it all replaced and then told me quickfit has scammed me as I?m a young girl on my own who doesn?t know much about cars. So please if you do chose to waist your time hear please be careful as they will try to rob you.

Good service, really friendly attitude from the staff and really quick with the service as well. I went in to get my car tyre wheels aligned after a suspension arm replacement. They did a good job. Only sad thing is, I felt like the price they quoted was a bit too hefty(71.95£ for a front wheel alignment). Might be because of the amount of work needed on my car, but still felt it is a bit above the on going rate for wheel alignment in North Tyneside. Still happy with their service and just one suggestion, making the price for the services a bit more accessible would be great.

Raki was absolutely amazing, even though they were short staffed my car was seen to very quickly and fixed quickly as well. Raki was kind and made sure I knew everything that was happening with my car.

Friendly staff, wasn't able to get my puncher fixed as no spaces but several staff stood around chatting had to book in the next day, no cars waiting and at least two bays empty!, I HAVE CHANGED MY OPINION, had my car back in, dropped it off early as no spaces for my car again, but the lads at the service center worked on my car in-between others, thank you

Courteous and efficient service from staff and stocked tyre size required. Called in by chance due to puncture and no spare. Work completed quickly while we waited. Great that centre was open on a Sunday.

I always come here for service and mot because of the brilliant staff. They are very helpful and friendly. The work they do is of a high quality and they won?t fob you off trying to tell you that items need replacing if they don?t. Reasonable prices for work carried out. I?ll be back next year to do it all again. Big thank you to the guy that was minding the front desk when I brought my car in last week. An asset to the team.

Have been here a few times but recently went for an MOT and the team were amazing as usual. Very friendly and helpful. Slight delay on my MOT due to a problem with the previous job but that life! They apologised and keep me updated. Great team here! Thanks
