Seemed ok until now. Previous visit was asked for mobile no for their "text-when-ready" service. Despite what assistant seemed to think, the item WAS IN STOCK was I was asked for my mobile no then,and I'd not had a wasted journey at that time. Ordered eye-drops 6 days ago. Been awaiting text from pharmacy, getting anxious...
