Stinky place, waited for 55 minutes to get my order. When I asked to cancel, they mentioned it couldn't be cancelled. Plus, if there is any negative rating for hygiene, I would rate minuse 10. You feel like you are gona vomit??. If you can't manage the branch, it's better to shut it down for good. Unprofessional and untrained staff.

Ordered through just eat Wallsend branch , 4 fries missing and bbq dip . You would have thought putting food in a bag was easy , apparently they struggle ! . Spoilt our night in and it?s not cheap these days . I normally get once a week may stop if it happens again .

Is an absolute joke disgrace staff standing around nothing ready stud waiting 45 minutes if not more. The set up is a joke why have counter if you have to order by touch screen I will never be going back there I just dumped my order ticket and left as a lot more people did so my star review is nill

You don't get what you pay for. I eat at KFC's all over the country, as the name suggests, but I have never seen a store like this one in the Wallsend NE28 postcode. They gave me a large coke, a medium size, and the same thing happened to my large popcorn. Despite my objections, they didn't care. I asked for a refund but they didn't give me my money back. I have been a KFC customer for 30 years, and I have never encountered such a disgrace in any KFC store.

Order was incomplete. Was able to get a refund through uber eats but the quality of the food was poor. Cold chips and overcooked dry chicken. Very poor will not be going back. *With regards to your automated response, how are uber eats or just eat responsible for dry overcooked chicken ? *

Walked in, was told to order on touchscreen first. Other customer walked in and ordered at counter while I was navigating screen. Very unprofessional customer service

Ordered on Uber eats. Other completely wrong. Missing 3 items totalling £9, burger in one of the meals was wrong. Only noticed burger was incorrect after sending the feedback to Uber about the missing items. Took several attempts to reach the store as ignoring calls and then couldn?t get back through to them regarding the burger. Uber refunded £3.90 and there is no way to contest this further with Uber. I?ve ordered from other KFC places and never had this issue before. Avoid.
*Edit in reply to responce*. Unfortunately since I ordered through Uber I was told I can?t claim a refund for missing items from the store and Uber do not refund you the full value of the missing items. I spent £45 on an order and didn?t end up eating as my food was missing or incorrect. I will no longer be using Uber eats but the issue lies with the store for packing the order incorrectly in the first place. I have used Uber eats for years and never ever had an order so drastically wrong from any fast food place. Kick in the teeth is the order list is taped to the front of the delivery bag. I?ve been offered replacements for my missing items on a future order but we very rarely order kfc to begin with. I think some staff training is needed for how to correctly pack orders.
