Was stood outside freezing with a 3 year old. Gave up and when I had returned to car at 10:39 they were just opening. Bought 3 pairs of trainers elsewhere so lost £300 plus of sales by opening late.

I bought a gymsuit for my husband last week and they forgot to take off the alarm, I went this morning and I explained that I no longer have the receive but they can check the camera, they said it's not possible, the staff is miserable..very rude staff ....Shame
