I was in the store on the 05/09/25 to collect an order. In my haste I?d not checked the order had been delivered and proceeded to the store to collect. I arrived in store and realised I?d no order confirmation only a PayPal receipt for my order. The order wasn?t ready to collect but the manager and man on the tills on the day were fantastic. He found my order number and she rang HQ to check my order had been received and check it was a delivered item not a store pick that she could sort out there and then for me. Great service, my own fault for not checking it was ready to collect before setting off.
