Customers service doesn?t exist!!! Can?t give zero stars so had to give one!
Took food back to the shop as was half cooked freezing cold in the middle to be told it couldn?t be they had just cooked the fish cake then they said they couldn?t give me a full refund but could give me half as ive ate some obviously this was ment to be my dinner! Avoid at all cost this could of easily been a child?s dinner/tea to which I?ve explained on the phone to have the same attitude as they don?t give a **** shocking customer service wont be returning and will make sure my family and friends don?t eat here again!! Losing good customers over bad attitude and unhelpful staff!! And the worst food rank?

Ordered a cheeseburger meal with mayo plus other food.i put the mayo on my chips and burger it looked a weird colour when i checked the mayo tube it was aYEAR out of date.i called the shop to tell them this they said they wud resend the food back to me .when the new food came it was just the burger that came no chips.the driver called the shop up nd they topd him i will need to send the new burger back so they need to redo the order again with chips .cudnt be bothered to wait again so i just told them to leave the chips how can they have something a year out of date .im sorry but i wnt br returning again .

Just been, got a kebab and chips, the worst tasting and the scabbiest kebab meat i,ve ever tasted, and the chips were no beta. Will not spend another penny in this (chippy).!!!??

Food ordered for my son?s birthday party, 2 hours in advance, but arrived 50 minutes late. Order arrived after all the children had left and just as we were leaving the venue. Requested a refund but ignored. Will never use again. £30 of food gone to waste.

ordered food at 630 didnt get delivered until 8 being late i dont mind too much but they got the order all wrong and the food they did send was cold and it went in to the bin will never order from there again and wouldnt recommend others to order

Hour and a half wait for the most disgusting, inedible food! My 6 year old wouldn?t touch his either which spoke volumes..
Called shop an hour into wait was given the most pathetic excuse that there?s road works which is why was taking longer when it actually arrived the delivery guy couldn?t even look at me! No apologies nothing..
Mays well have just set a £20 note alight

A regular and honest review. I am bigger fan of the pizza party, but over last 4-5 years the price has climbed from 3 10inch pizza at £12.99 to £20 but the 3 pizza is now 8inch plus 1 extra pizza. Mixed kebab is really tasty but half the time in a wrap it?s all fallen out.
