It may seem petty to some but for me a chippy tea has to have lots of batter or else I don’t really enjoy it so when I called here & placed my order I emphasised on the lots of batter & even said would you make sure it has. Chips under cooked and the gravy was like paste it fell out of the container in a lump. , only thing ready was one sausage and chips. Definitely not going back
