Ordered a washer with delivery available from 3 days time. When the delivery team came they refused delivery as it was a second floor flat. They asked if they could just leave it for me when I'd paid for installing and removing and recycling of old appliance. Had to call twice to cancel.
Ordered a new washer with AO who delivered the next day, delivery team were happy to deliver. Would recommend AO in the future.

Staff were very helpful, but my son had done due diligence and knew what would give us the most capacity.
The team who delivered the American Fridge freezer worked out how they would get it in as we have a difficult entrance.
Could not be more pleased looks fab it's like a tardis looks small on outside but huge on inside.
Make Samsung.
So big shout out to all staff but big thankyou to delivery guys.

Was prepared to spend £200 for new xbox controller, was told firmly by staff I couldn't look at controller out of box, they had no display models, staff were very uppity when I pointed out that I'd be paying £200 for a product, and only allowed to view the box it was in. As like lots of stores that sell gaming products, staff were absolutely clueless about product knowledge. Finally got controller at Argos, which to be fair was a much better and much more polite experience.

Bought some wireless headphones from here a couple days ago, had to come back to refund them because my PC didn?t have bluetooth. I can?t remember his name, but a lovely young man helped me make the refund process easy and stress-free. Great customer service here! ?

Went in looking for a new phone for my mam and Evan was quick to come over to help. He listened to our concerns about the old phone that we had and then was quick to pick out a good and affordable phone. My mam, after having some doubts about her old phone, was worried but every question she had Evan was able to answer and we left with a brand new phone and a happy mam! 5*s
