Treated my friend to a mocha and myself a hot chocolate, very disappointed my friend didn't enjoy her drink and mine was just as bad I didn't actually finish mine I wouldn't mind I paid extra for cream to be added. Rip off! As you can see from enclosed picture I didn't drink all of mine!

Great team all extremely pleasant, also efficient. I'm a regular and basically my drink is on the counter. All I have to do is basically pay for it.

Went to Costa with a client, and we had cappuccinos and lemon drizzle cake. It was sublime and delicious, and the coffee was gorgeous ! The staff were friendly and efficient

As far as Costa's go, this one is perfectly serviceable and is a good addition to Wallsend's High Street. The staff are always lovely (but some can be quite slow at times). The place is always very clean, tidy and has a nice quiet atmosphere no matter what time of day it is.
