Problem with Advantage Card. Resolved quickly and personally. Great customer service from Manager 'Cheryl'.....100 times better than absolutely USELESS and CLUELESS call centre! They claim 'customer care' online....where was the CARE? Go in store for proper care!

Went to pick up a prescription for my newborn straight after the doctor?s appointment, was at the door at 5:28pm and was refused entry as they were closed. The closing time?s 5:30pm and I know I was there only a couple minutes before it, but surely they could quickly let me in for it, especially since I could see another person being served at the counter. The lady at the door had a proper attitude with me as well when I asked her if I could quickly go in for it. Very disappointing from a Boots pharmacy and my baby will now have to struggle for another night thanks to them.

Very sad to see the decline in Boots Wallsend, popped in to buy nail scissors this morning, had a brief walk around couldn?t see any on display so ventured up to the only available members of staff behind the prescription desk, despite being the only customer in the store and also being in plain sight i was just ignored and left to stand there until i just gave up the ghost and walked out, I?ve read that there?s a number of Boots stores closing for the last time this year, if the service is anything like this i can?t say I?m surprised

Pharmacist was highly rude. I just needed migraine tablets and proceeded to comment on my weight. I am 5ft 10 and in the normal range. Disgusting woman.

Very poor no information about opening times for the current bank holiday if opening at all why did staff not inform you the previous week ??????
