Lady on her phone at the till, pushed me towards self service, even though she was on the till. Incredibly Ignorant and rude. 6pm Tuesday 29th August. Why you have those awful checkouts there I have no idea. Won?t be returning.

May I show my appreciation to a member of staff during a recent visit. She is blonde haired and I think her name is Gillian. She was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful and her advice resulted in our returning two items that we thought were unreturnable. Her actions and advice were much appreciated.

I been to north shields store twice in regards to my flooring and Kichen renovation and my bathroom renovation and all the time i got help from peter and he was very helpful and understanding what i wanted and other guy call kaden and i am extremely happy they way they helped me out well done guys keep up the good work ? plus i actually got everything i needed in all departments from flooring to kichen to bathroom tiles everything was in store ?
