I was in Asda Wallsend this morning buying items for work for a near by local funeral directors. I did not bring enough petty cash with me from the office to cover the bill so a lovely lady that works there called Andrea or Amanda I think paid the rest with her own personal bank card. Very helpful and kind thing to do it saved me running back to the office for more money. I will call in to pay her back bless her.

This store need to reset their staff customer service! I don?t usually get upset easily, last few weeks I had several awful experiences with staff! Not helpful to start to being rude , sarcastic, terrible attitude towards customers . Very disappointed how their service is going down so fast! Very sad to see this store is failing in all aspects of customer service meaning, and losing the customers! Very sad!

Asda bakery is a joke the custard donuts are dry and very little custard in side them will not be buying them again and the member of staff at cigarette till just sits on a chair doesn?t stand up takes forever not been mean but am sorry if your not fit for work you shouldn?t be at work

We went to pick a food to go bag up.it was raining when we got there they were all cancelled the manager had forgot to cancel them and went home early it's a joke

I would like to take this opportunity to give a great big Thank you to the lovely staff who allowed me to use the staff toilet afew days ago in the Wallsend area of the city Asda store as I learnt that there aren't any public toilets in the store really appreciate being able to use their facilities.Thank you!!!
