Good aldi shop nice staff who works there nice management aswell only one down fall is when u waiting to get served bit 2 slow takes staff longtime long crews aswell they should have a self service tills so people can make a quick dash out shop if there have few things l would update on that department a self service tills it would be lot better instead having people wait with few things they need and they should up grade there food wise like new products same old food selling they should open a cafe aswell ! Updated the staff are mislabelle in there now they have new staff they don't make u wellcome l feel uncomfortable ! I wish the old staff were back least they had a chat with you now they all are mislabelle sods in aldi now l rate it 2 out 5 now please bring back the old staff what we had all staff in there are so boring and prices gone up aswell ! Update 17/2/2025 prices gone up again needs knock them down same old rubbish selling ! I like the male manager he's good some staff l like ! Lot staff have faces like thunder some staff don't want be there ! U can tell ! One security guard with hat on is brilliant! But staff should have smiles on there faces ! And they need upgrade on stuff like getting budgie food in ! And buy in bin brite ! 4 your bins they lot upgrades same old stuff they selling since they opened ! They haven't much off new stuff on shelfs ! They also could do with a good clean everywhere ! I say 2/5 ! BUT NEED UPGRADE ON LOT NEW STUFF ! TRY DO LOT BETTER ! NOW SELLING POOR QUALITY THINGS ! And baskets are dirty needs good clean a good wash wouldn't go 2 miss and where the baskets is the floor needs a good wash ! And trolleys are dirty aswell needs good wash rubbish in trolleys aswell ! And u have beggers outside sitting where trolleys are ! Nothing gets done about it ! And they have rats where the car park is l told security guard about this ! But nothing gets done about it ! Aldi needs a good fast up grade asap ! Need better staff in the lot needs be sacked the staff not friendly 1 star least adsa more better than theses misable staff

Absolutely shocking customer experience. Staff were rude and more interested in chatting than serving customers in their queue. They also refused to sell two packs of tablets as apparently this is 'Aldi's Law'.
