Went there on Tuesday afternoon for a meal with my husband.The food was great...we couldn't eat it all so the lovely staff boxed it up for us.Good value and tasty food.Going back very soon.

We attended a wedding reception here today (19th Aug). Everything was top class. From the food, to the service .. all the staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable day for all the wedding guests. Would highly recommend.

My family and I visited on Wednesday for my daughter?s 18th birthday. We were looked after by a young woman named Grace who ensured we had the best experience possible, constantly checking that everything was okay with our meals and drinks were never empty. The food was excellent and we had no issues with waiting times! Overall we had a lovely night and will be returning.

Visited on Monday with my family, excellent food and atmosphere but what really stood out was the service! Our waiter Grace was on the ball, friendly and attentive! Would definitely recommend.

Megan was fantastic! She greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel so welcome. She was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Truly an excellent example of great hospitality!

7 of us booked for late lunch 2.30pm. The place was fairly quiet with just a couple of tables occupied. The food here is excellent but the service is dreadful. A couple of disinterested and disengaged waitresses on duty. They had to be reminded to bring menus and cutlery to the table. After 30 minutes we had to find someone to take our order. The waitress who served us with our food was miserable and very off hand. When asked about the desserts she muttered something unintelligible. We were told they would bring the bill and card machine. We got fed up waiting and eventually went inside to pay. This place could be so much better if the staff were pleasant, welcoming and occasionally smiled. They appeared to be bored and treated us like an unwelcome distraction. We won't return.

Firstly I have to say the Bruschetta is the best I?ve had! The rest of my party loved their food. The service was abysmal sat at a table still being set up, then waited an age to order drinks, then waited ages to order, got our starters and one of our party asked for more drinks, guy said he?d send someone over, cleared the starters and again we asked for another round, he seemed surprised no one has been so wrote down our order on a napkin & mine came wrong, our dirty dishes sat in front of us for ages before being collected & we asked for dessert menu, which came quite quickly, we only ordered one dessert but it never arrived at the table only on the bill! My sister in law who had paid as a birthday treat, went to the bar and it was refunded! All in all the food was overshadowed by the shoddy service! A bit of customer experience training is needed, especially by the young girl who served our table! As an ex mystery shopper, this was a fail on welcome, dining service & customer interaction! The food saved this from being a very disappointing evening.

Just had a birthday dinner here with 14 of us at the table.
The food was great. Service was also mainly good.
An accident with the drinks put a little ?dampener? (in the shape of wine spilled onto two of us - complete unfortunate accident) on the occasion. Manager and waiter extremely apologetic, and gave myself and the other guest who was hit with the wine our main meal for free.
Able to pay for the meal as individuals or groups as desired- no problem for the manager.
Also, we asked if they would be able to put a candle in a piece of cake for our son?they did that, along with ice cream, and made the restaurant sing happy birthday to him! And, they didn?t charge for the cake!
We would go back!

Great food. Fettuccine Filetto and Fettuccini Pollo both superb and we've enjoyed a lot of pasta in our joint 106 years of loving Italian food. Service, particularly just before Christmas was excellent and really good value for money. Thank you
