Went to collect prescription but couldn't be found. I said I would return the next day. Returned the next day and it still couldn't be found. Young lady said she would have to look in some green boxes. I asked it if would take long. Her reply "It will take as long as it takes". There's something about the staff at Boots Tynemouth; not sure what it is, but I think they all go on a "Customer Service really isn't important. Customers only exist to annoy you" course. This was not an isolated incident at this branch!

Normally boots is fine. But boots in tynemouth wasn't. The door took the skin off my head. The people at the store were great. Very helpful, kind. The management that emailed me back not so much.

Collected my repeat prescription and bought some little treats for myself .Small shop but not crowded and lovely selection of goods. Female assistant very pleasant. Thank you.

Hi love boots they are a chemist the staff are friendly and helpful and text you when you're meds are ready for to pick up I recommend to people to use boots the staff are polite Gemma

Friday 6 July. I think it's ridiculous that I've just had to stand for 10 minutes waiting for the pharmacist to make up a prescription which was left at the shop on Wednesday afternoon.

Never have had an issue with getting my son's medication. Very friendly and so reliable . I have been going there since I have moved to the UK. Thank you .

Staff helpful and friendly . Pharmacist Kerr and his assistant will, Kirsty are really helpful. Kerr give you advice about medication or is it advisable you see the Doctor.

Terrible experience. Pharmacist was incredibly rude and told me next time I should remember to carry my medication in my bag. I stood suffering with a migraine with no respect or consideration. The assistant was rude and clearly did not want to be there. An unusal experience for Boots, I won't return.
