The Branch Manager took ownership from the beginning, due to my own personal circumstances. This was vital and I can't thank Samantha Martin enough, in words. It was a godly act, sounds cheesy but its true. They delivered and exceeded my expectations. They performed the viewings themselves, giving honest feedback. Samantha and myself both agreed a targeted action plan, based on this and within the post market appraisal, pricing criteria. When the actual offer and ultimately final sale of the property happened. I went on the sole judgement of Samantha. I never met the buyer. The conveyancing could have failed, leaving my late mothers estate, paying both parties fees. I had complete confidence and beief, however. The personal and business relationship, I had the pleasure of experiencing, did not wain. I would like to thank all the members of staff, who my family had comunicated with. Truly are professional, always highly motivated and extremely polite. I hold this firm in the highest esteem. I have nothing but praise for everyone at YourMove Sunderland, particularly Sam, Jasmin & Sarah. Always friendly, professional, and available to give advice/guidance whenever needed. They have a pragmatic approach to every situation and work hard to make sure both tenants and landlords are happy. My wife and I sold our first house through Your Move Sunderland this year and we're so glad we went with them! Words can't describe how amazing their service was and how much Sam and her team went above and beyond.Although the house we bought wasn't sold through Your Move, we attribute the fact that we eventually moved to how much effort Sam, Sarah & the team put into making it happen when the other estate agent (the one we bought our new house through) didn't!!!For those who want more info: We were in a rather short chain with only 3 parties which should have been straight forward but for some reason got delayed massively so that completion only happened after over 5 months. Sam and her team however were with us every step of the journey, answered the endless amount of questions we had and did everything in their power to help us move as fast as possible EVEN THOUGH the property we were buying wasn't even sold through Your Move. That's what you call service and care!We can honestly say that we felt Sam & her team really care about making a house move a positive experience for everyone involved. They chased things up if it needed to, kept us in the loop throughout and queried solicitors as to why things were delayed.The wealth of experience Sam & Sarah have is invaluable and we're convinced if it hadn't been for them, we would probably still be waiting for a completion date.They were also always just one phone call away. I can't emphasise enough how much a good phone manner and how fast an estate agent picks up your call says about how they deal with their clients and prospective buyers!When we first considered selling, we had several local estate agents visit us and value our property. Some of these didn't make a big effort to explain their fees, some of them talked a really big game and arrogantly bragged with how amazing they are & how many properties they sell, etc.When Sarah visited us it was none of the pushy sales tactics which was a breath of fresh air! Instead she was very genuine, professional, a great listener and communicated really well what selling a house involves. Any questions we had or additional info we felt was important to let her know about our house - she took the time to listen and note. What we then got was a quality listing and a high quality selection of really interested buyers.My wife and I are so glad that we decided to go with our gut instinct and chose Your Move over everyone else. We can't thank Sam, Sarah and the team enough for everything they've done for us and we would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell!

Absolutely outstanding service. From start to finish. Professional, patient and most of all nothing amazing client customer service nothing was ever an issue in regards to questions etc. All phone calls were returned and communication was more than key when all information was cascaded.In particular special mention of both Sarah?s. Having worked within the sector with your move prior for work purposes. This my first time using them for my professional sale and purchase and honestly was honestly first class service alongside, with their guidance and knowledge with the competitive selling market and dip within the market at the moment. We were reluctant to selling our home with the mortgage spikes and both Sarah?s made the process completely stress free and literally found the whole process so smooth.Given that we our house sold within approximately 12 days. I can?t thank you all enough for every single detail and time for us throughout the initial conveyancing process. I will be recommending to all friends and family if the time ever comes for them to need an estate agent.
