Wouldn't go back here. Wasn't overall impressed with the place. I was having a really bad day with my mobility and my husband went to ask to use their wheelchair. There wasn't any, said he was looked at like he'd grown another head and as though he shouldn't be asking if they had one available. The lift didn't have an automatic door operation to get in and then it was one of those where you have to hold the button. Again, not easy for me to do that day and the door was heavy as I tried to open it before my husband had travelled the stairs to meet me up and downstairs.
Can't comment on sales or service as we didn't buy anything or approached by any staff. We were looking at the options for kitchens and shower rooms. Not overall impressed at this particular outlet.

We were shopping for a new kitchen. Looking for a shaker style in white. We were told that they didn't do that in white as everyone wants dark colours now apparently.
Bought a washing line on the way out for £3, staff on the tills were very nice. Then we left. Disappointed.
