At least one member of staff should not be in a public facing role.
Unless, of course, TSB management has decided to make counter service so difficult and unpleasant that customers are alienated and leave. Gives TSB a reason to close counter service, then close the branch.
I can remember banks introducing Saturday opening to provide people who worked during the week with an opportunity to visit their bank on a weekend. Obviously providing a service has fallen out of fashion at TSB.
One star because there is still one helpful person at the branch.

Dreadful service via the phone you get put on an online service with no option to speak to anyone they obviously don't want to speak to you.

Rubbish bank. Deliberately obstruct at every turn. Rude jobsworth staff ...when they feel like it.Closed charity account and did their best to ensure we couldn't open a new one, losing paperwork several times. Lost a senior civil servants who pointed out there would be trouble under data protection....,and they promptly found his paperwork real fast! Funny that isn't it.16 times they take money for the account, then we get the pain who is shouting regulations and drug money blah blah blah! Claptrap! They wouldn't take the 70quid because the person was not named on the charity account......OK.....well discipline the 16 before, or get a grip and fire this clown!!!!!!!Rotten bank, avoid at all costs!
