Purchased an engine from these guys for a 2017 skoda, engine was perfect and removed properly not just cut out and chucked in a corner, there was a slight mixup wich meant the engine I had agreed to buy was nearly sold to someone before I arrived, however this was quickly sorted out and the guys made sure both parties were satisfied with an engine. I have added these guys onto my list of trusted suppliers for my garage, after seeing their setup and meeting the lads I was impressed with the operation. Cheers lads

Damian you simply cant give a company a bad review when you have NOT used them for a service or purchased a product from them. Carwise Derby has given you a bad review as you have been totally unfair and proved to be very unflexible with your return policy ,especially when we purchased a part which was incorrect and refuse to give a refund. So I suggest you take a good look in the mirror and decide if you have acted fairly regarding your stance

DO NOT USE Supplied the wrong part and because it was a couple of days over the return date due x mas period and not being able to book the repair in with my garage ,Refused to exchange /refund the part even though it was NOT the right part supplied totally dismissive Ive never come accross such an un helpful company as Trade parts North East

Absolute FIRST CLASS company. Rang up and paid for a wing, had a chat with a really helpful chap who assured me the item was in good condition and it would be well packaged. This was Monday afternoon, came home today (Wednesday) and it?s arrived!!The BEST packaging I?ve ever seen (and I?ve seen some fine packaging over the years!), the wing was perfect and better than expected.So anyone unsure, I can personally highly recommend any dealings with Trade Parts North East Ltd. Brought item from Trade Parts via Ebay item was incorrect so advised return, I will hold my hands up to mistakingly closing return on Ebay, I was advised to reach out to seller to explain, which I did via messages,Emails & telephone calls all of which ignored, I organised courier to return item advised seller this was coming back, who replied got to go via ebay which I had already explained I could not, courier delivered item back & photographic evidence taken,courier was told she's not getting any money back ,I am now having to take legal action to get money back as this place has had part returned & my money, this could have been dealt with in a civil maner.

Worse company I have ever had to deal with. Sold me an engine what needs new injectors, going to cost me thousands to fix. Phoned them to ask them to fix it, didn?t even return my calls. Turned up to the office, all they could say was it?s past the 30day return policy so not their problem. Stay well clear of them, cowboys
