Several times now my order has been taken wrong and the food arrived without the extras that had been paid for. On the last occasion I ordered 2 mushrooms with my breakfast for an extra 93p and they only put one. Then they made me go to the bar to pay again separately for the black pudding they missed off the order.
Food used to come hot but I have noticed over the last 6 months having to repeatedly return the orders as it was only luke warm.
My suggestion is to always ask for a receipt, then you can verify that they have in fact got your order correct (or incorrect as the case may be).
