Place is a little tatty and over grown, outside is looking shabby.
Entrance door was blocked off and you could only enter from the exit. In store is the same, items were all over the place and the staff I did interact with were either mute or couldn't be less bothered.

Shopping at the range at Silksworth Sunderland is a bad experience. Staff on customer service and on tills very rude. I bought frozen food and furniture, the girl on customer service check out threw the food over the counter and while she was talking to somebody on the next till the reciept fell on the floor from the till which she let me try to pick up with hands full.
