Only used it for only ordering. Twice now the delivery was abysmal. First time it took 2 weeks to get my cream, the second time I didn't even get it. If you can't deliver don't be in the business of online ordering. Something stinks in Belgium if you can't deliver what people ordered, after all, you're taking people's hard earned money. They will not accept any responsibility for this coming back at people that it's "out of our control." They seriously need to get their act together. Pathetic. Avoid.

I haven't used the spa, but have used their online ordering for perfumes. Were helpful when I rang and it's come well packaged, quickly and even with a couple of little extra goodies which was a nice touch. Thanks. :)

In these current circumstances why even bother giving such negative feedback!! I visit this salon at least once a month. Both Sharon & Mel are lovely friendly ladies who both are very professional. I?ve been today for waxing which isn?t a pleasant treatment but Mel talked to me all the way through which really helps taking your mind off the pain (which quickly goes) I finished off with gel nails. It?s a 10 out of 10 from me girls your both doing a great job ?Services: Body waxing

Ive had my eyebrows tinted and my lashes tinted and also a lash lift this is my 3rd time going into this lovely salon, its very homely and the staff are amazing, there very friendly and fantastic at what they do, i used to be a salon owner and would highly recommend the day spa and the staff for making me feel so comfortable thanks girls

Horrendous customer service. I?ve never known anything like it. Rude staff, unclean salon, smear marks everywhere.
