Despite having major problems with our bed order a few months backMy parents have gone into to look for some flooring for new office / garage premises, straight from work, they were rudely greeted by a staff member saying dirty boots and looked at my daughter (11 years old) and said dirty shirt (had her toon top on and has ASD so doesn't understand this sort of comments)Fair to say they lost near £900 of business today .....well done!!

Dreadful. Would never buy from here again. Whilst I appreciate it is standard practice for fitters to be independent from the shops selling the flooring, most good ,decent companies do make an effort to assist when something goes wrong. The carpet superstore doesn't. They sell you flooring and recommended their fitters to you. They make all the arrangements. You are never told who the person is, but you trust them because they are recommending them. The fitter we had was Colin. There were problems with the fitting, he came back out, and made things even worse. The carpet superstore wasn't interested, it was between us and Colin. We ended up having to pay someone else to put things right. If only Colin had done the job properly in the first place we wouldn't be out of pocket.

Amazing service, great product. All staff amazing! Fitters were fab too. All round service unreal. Would definitely recommend and will be back for more products when needed.

Got the LVT flooring from the store. Nice product, good quality. However, when it comes to fitter (Andy), find your own unless you want to waste your time waiting for him. Never on time, poor communication. The least reliable person I came across, which is a shame. Took all the money for not fully completed job, charged me twice for uplifting the carpet, and hasn't returned overpayment yet. And then I needed to chase him to finish it off.Spoiled my whole experience. Would I recommend... product only.

Very friendly and knowledeable. Fantastic service. Had a problem with my order and Darren the manager handled it sensitively and with compassion. So much so I went back for more flooring for the rest of my house. I will definitely go back again and again. Fantastic local Storr!
